- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It was my first time at this practice and was asked if I pay for treatment? I told the receptionist that I was receiving ESA as I was unemployed. I was ask if I was receiving other benefits I said yes PIP, and was told that my treatment would be free of charge. All went well with the dentist but then not long after I got a letter from NHS DENTAL RECOVERY AGENCY, saying I was not entitled to free treatment. The cost of my treatment was £233.70 PLUS £100 penalty payment, if I had been informed about the cost of £233.70 in the beginning I would have made payment straight away. When I confronted the practice reception I was duly told I had to pay the full amount to the NHS, so to finish if you go to this practice make sure you don't end up with a charge like I did.by Brian WaddingtonSeptember 06, 2017
